Developed science-backed policy for all ingredient and additives of concern, reviewing hundreds of ingredients. Policies ranked the health and safety of ingredients and additives based on extensive research: those the client should not use or phase out; those only approved for specific circumstances; and those approved for general use. Created a strategy for priority products and ingredients, and worked with category managers and manufacturers to reformulate.
